Returns Policy 

NO RETURNS on any custom items. 

Returns must be in new condition, stock items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  Returns are no longer eligible 30 days after delivery date. Customers will be responsible for shipping both ways and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If your return lowers the original order to affect discount levels you will be charged at the higher unit price on the original order. If the return is a result of our error such as an incorrect or defective item, Budget Power Labels will provide a return label and will not charge additional fees. Refunds should be received within two to four weeks of Budget power labels receiving the items. The time period in which it takes the bank to process the refund is out of the control of Budget Power Labels and may affect the time in which funds are returned. 

If you need to return an item, contact us through our online contact forum referencing your order number as well as the items to be returned. Do not send back any products before contacting Budget Power Labels. You will receive an email with additional information regarding your specific case and instructions on how to proceed.
